Contemporary 3 bedrooms 2 bath home is only 5 miles off I-40 but minutes to the action of the Smoky Mountain, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Less than 2 miles to Sevierville Golf Club & Sevierville Convention Center! Easy drive to Knoxville & all the entertainment options it has to offer! Watch the eagle fly over the river! Duck & geese occasionally float by! We are opening up the garage area in 2019 so our biker friends who LOVE to ride the highways and byways of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Foothills Parkway & Blue Ridge Parkway, have a safe, easily accessible, dry area to store their bikes! This is a family-oriented overnight rental & we welcome everyone to this oversized cozy home away from home! Golf Course View Not really a view but only 1 mile via road travel to the golf course. The course is literally across the river from the home (diagonally).
Water View The property is located ON the Little Pigeon River. Please feel free to use the back yard access at the home next door (pink house) for fishing, the home next door is one of my vacation rentals so you are welcome to fish from the banks there as well!
