Enjoy the peaceful serene environment in this old home that has been made modern! I raised my son in this home & enjoyed entertaining friends. When my son entered graduate school at UT, the home became a bit too big for me & my little dog so I have downsized & decided to open this beauty up for guests to make memories, feel at home & enjoy the atmosphere of the area!

The home is located on the Little Pigeon River. You may fish from the banks with the proper license required by the State of TN.

The home has 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths upstairs. There are 2 living areas downstairs, one with a pull out sleeper sofa. There’s also a full bath on the main level.

I still live in this neighborhood. I enjoy the close proximity of the Great Smoky Mtn National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & downtown Knoxville. There are so many FUN things to do in the area that this location affords you to move with ease in any direction! And if you enjoy just catching your breath on the porch overlooking the river.
